Minsk Cycling Club CT started preparation for 2018

After short holidays the Minsk riders resumed trainings, the start of a new season is fast approaching.

In 2017 the Minsk team had an eventful calendar, and its 2018 race program is expected to be event more rich with events. First races are scheduled for next January. So the riders started preparing for such a nearly start of the season beforehand.


A part of athletes for their first training camp opted for Crimea: Eduard Vorganov, Stanislau Bazhkou, Siarhei Papok, Kanstantsin Kliminakou and a new big signing of the team Branislau Samoilau, who performed for the Polish professional continental team CCC last years.

Yauhen Sobal and Anton Ivashkin preffered to go for preparation to Italy.


Two more new Minsk riders – Nikolai Shumov, 2017 Belarus national road champion, and Vasili Strokau, winner of a stage in the famous French race Tour de l'Avenir, as well as Anton Muzychkin have been training in Belarus.

In the end of December the riders will gather in Minsk to take part in a photoset for a new season. And early January the team is planning to organize a training camp for all the riders. Its location will be decided shortly.
